Yoga will start the end of August 31st at the Station House Gallery.  I will be offering classes at 7-8:00am and 6-7:00pm on Tuesday and Wednesday.  All classes will start as beginner style and change according to demand.  Please check back for more detail as classes progress.  If you click on the yoga tab it will give more detail about the classes I offer :). 

Birth Doula Services - Giving birth is one of the most profound miracles of life.  Through informed care choices will become easier and less stressful for you and your family.  I believe as a doula I can help to provide some of what is needed in this process.  Contact me for a free information session.
